Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TaxAtlas, a product of CODELYTIX SMC PVT LTD (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions: support@taxatlas.tech.
The service
TaxAtlas is a cloud service that lets businesses in Pakistan create sales invoices and submit them to the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) digital invoicing system in real time, receiving the FBR invoice number and QR code on each submitted invoice.
Accounts
New business accounts are activated after approval by the platform operator (Super Admin). The account owner is responsible for the users they add to their business, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for all activity carried out under their account.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the invoices, prices and tax data you enter, and for your own tax compliance. You must hold a valid FBR registration, complete your own IRIS nominations and integrator settings, and keep your FBR token valid and up to date in the app. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Fees
Fees for the service are as communicated to you at onboarding. We may revise our fees with reasonable prior notice; revised fees apply from the period stated in that notice.
Availability
We work to keep TaxAtlas available and reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Submission to FBR also depends on the availability of FBR’s own systems, which are outside our control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the period in which the claim arose. TaxAtlas prepares and transmits the data you enter; you remain responsible for your tax filings, returns and obligations to FBR.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that is used unlawfully, that abuses the service, or whose fees remain unpaid. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time by contacting us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of Pakistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
